Purchases made from www.annjean.com can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from delivery date. NO EXCEPTIONS. with original receipt and packaging.
Refunds will be issued to original form of payment. Items must have original tag attached, be unworn and undamaged. All ACCESSORIES, JEWELRY, HOME DECOR, CLEARANCE items, and discounts of 20% OFF OR MORE are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged OR price adjusted.
